Alternative ways of nutrition in health and disease
The publich is evaluating their nutrition habits much more than before, especially how different ways of eating reflect their health which leads to the change in nutrition trends almost every day.
Lately, numerous discussions have been conducted on alternative diets, raw and thermally processed foods, and the reasons for and against the so exclusive ways of eating have been presented to the public.
The goal of the panel "Alternative ways of nutrition in health and disease" is to provide and demonstrate, through a quality debate, guided by experts in this area, the advantages and disadvantages of the increasingly popular alternative diets in healthy individuals, and also those suffering from various chronic and acute diseases, especially when eating only raw food.
Panelists are experts in the fields of nutrition, dietetics and internal medicine and will during the hour-long quality discussion with each other and with the participants of the Congress, try to reach a conclusion on the implementation of today's increasingly popular trend in the diet.
